Have been doing business with Cowboy since 2016 bought 2 new C8 Corvettes but when I got hit with no notice of a 3% charge to pay my over $500.00 service bill I was not happy.

Your price is ridiculous. I bought my vehicle there. Did all the rotations. And I have only 29000 miles on tires and now you say I need 4 new tires. My oil change isn't due for another 1000 miles. Just like my other visit telling me I needed brakes front and back. I did not and still don't. I'm a senior on social security. Your trying to rip me off. I get a second opinion every time. I only need two tires for front. Alignment comes with new tires. You sell vehicles but make repairs and service impossible for owners. I paid 10,000 down for that vehicle there. But I have to go somewhere else to service my vehicle for half the price. This is my second vehicle bought there. But now I think I need to take my business elsewhere. With the front tires being so bad why didn't you rotate to back for safety? You've went up $25 on oil changes too. Ridiculous.
